Will Windsor, Senior Clinical Lead (ODP) at Llantrisant Health Park, brings over 20 years’ experience in surgical care and theatre management. Starting as a Healthcare Assistant in 1999, he rose through roles in major hospitals, pioneering initiatives in robotics, staff well-being, and surgical safety. He now leads development of a cutting-edge 12-theatre surgical facility at Cwm Taf Morgannwg UHB and is an AfPP Trustee.
