Nigel Roberts is a final-year PhD student and a proud ODP. His ambition is to educate, promote, and to reinforce how human factors and civility in the operating theatres form part of our everyday activities, as well as how they affect the delivery of the Surgical Safety Checklist in order to better support staff and improve the patient journey. He would like to be able to exchange knowledge, learning, and resources throughout the UK and beyond.
