Maricar has been with Somerset NHS Foundation Trust for nearly five years, delivering and developing OSCE training for international and Return to Practice (RTP) nurses, midwives, and nursing associate. She also plays a key role in providing clinical skills training to staff across primary and social care settings, with a focus on standardising training across Somerset. Maricar works closely with the International Recruitment team, offering dedicated support to international nurses throughout their transition and professional journey in the UK.
